Valorant Samurai
This character was created using the concept art of Yu Xiyan https://www.artstation.com/artwork/PmOGO8 The goal was to make a game production character that would match the Valorant art style in Unreal engine 5. I hope you like it :)
I started by blocking out the character and making sure all the forms were there, general to specific. In this stage every detail should be blocked out as close to the concept as possible, everything that is there should be there even things as folds or scratches, everything that will give you an idea of how the character would look at the end of the process. Once the high poly is completed the low poly is created following game-topology guidelines and from there UVs, smoothing groups, baking and texturing. Finally put it on engine, in this case Unreal 5 where I used a stylized shader to match the Valorant Style.
