the cooper's workshop, IFA 1st year ESMA

Here is my preproduction of our final first year work. We had to tell a story in the workshop of a craftsman in france.

I chose to represent the impact of industrialization on the work of the cooper. the first image represents his traditional workshop installed in a tobacco barn. the second depicts the machine he purchased and the way it makes the barrels, as well as the overproduction and loss of character of the finished product.
