Architecture Visualization & BIM
Hello, these are images that have been part of my beginnings in Architectural Visualization and BIM projects, also in the use of some software, and they are part of my portfolio.
LOOKOUT HOUSE
Truckee, California
Lookout House transmits the feeling of being in a summer house for its large spaces covered with wood and windows, located in an area volcanic activity and surrounded by large Pines and mountains.
The most important thing for this image was the materiality of the wood, as wood is one of the most difficult materials to represent. PBR materials feature aging, relief, opacity, and polished surfaces.
VILLA MANDRA
Mykonos, Greece
The resting villa located in Mykonos Greece, offers a view towards the sea and the sunset over the neighboring island of Delos.
I used VrayDisplacementMod for the stone wall to give it the desired effect, and for the vegetation, I used Forest Pack. The complexity was to convey the feeling of the vegetation that is in the real project.
CLAUDE CHAIR By Shinsaku Miyamoto
Materials: Leather, Oak wood
Modeled by QUADS for a homogeneous geometry.
The challenge when modeling is getting a surface detailed enough for your silhouette to define the correct shapes and the smoothing groups to do the rest.
For this project I started doing it with CAD references in 3dmax, Editable Poly using Loops and Chamfers to get the desired curvatures and at the end I applied Turbosmooth.

Industrial Space 2022
Structures Foundation Rebar & Metallic Structure
Preconstruction Project Lod 400
This is an industrial space located in the city of San Luis Potosà with an area of 26,500m2. The distribution center has offices, rest areas, recreational areas, a parking lot, roads for semi-trailer trucks, and bays for loading and unloading.
Regarding the uses of BIM, the following are associated with the contractual objectives:
1.2.- Analysis of critical points of the structural project.
2.2.- Early detection of potential problems.
3.2.- Facilitation of the transfer of project information to the end-user.
