Emergency calls echo throughout the C2 Terraforming station: a strange coral anomaly has caused a bug in the system, and the machines are not following orders anymore!

Twin Cores is the answer our student team of 14 found to the question: How can we modernize the rail shooter genre, with an emphasis on cooperation?

All throughout the project, our goal was centered on arcade, fast-paced action amidst an aerial and alien landscape, as well as challenging the two player's aim and synchronicity, of course. Finding the delicate balance between the nostalgic classics of the genre and our very own twist on things was also one of our main preoccupations.

The project was made over the course of our final year and aimed at both PS4 and PC, which was a technical challenge of its own. After many hours of work, we are proud to say that it runs smoothly, and even supports Steam Remote Play!
