Im proud to present my Rookies 2023 submission, as my time at the Animation Workshop comes to an end.

The FLOOD Project, is a concept-art project I worked with together with four of my lovely classmates at TAW.
The world is made as a collaborative project.

'In 2032, a colossal ice-filled comet collided with the moon, fragmenting and creating debris that entered Earth's orbit. The debris formed an accretion disk in our atmosphere, causing smaller chunks of ice to fall as rain.
This desalinated water wreaked havoc on biodiversity, leading to the destruction of most species. Only highly adaptable organisms survived in the oceans. Now, after 150 years, the world's oceans have risen by 4000 meters, submerging once habitable mountains. The Himalayas remain the sole refuge for humanity.'

PLANET MORA :


The human race have embarked on a grand mission to colonize the captivating celstrial body known as Mora, a planet once known for breathtaking beauty and untapped potential.

However- the quest revolves around the extraction and acquisition of a precious ressource called Lumen, belived to possess extraordinary properties. 
In order to extract the Lumen from deep underground, Huge pumps has been situated across strategic points- causing massive ecological destruction.
The terraformation of MORA have inadvertently resulted in the release of high metal pollutants into its once pristine atmosphere. This unfortunate consequence has provoked a startling reaction within the planet's vibrant wildlife, pushing them to retaliate with heightened aggression against any agents of pollution that traverse the skies

THE ARC-1012 VEHICLE-  A completely isolated vehicle that's  used to transport the dangerous LUMEN mined under safe circumstances.

LUMEN EXTRACTOR PUMP-

In order to extract lumen from it's deposits, huge pumps are extracting ore out from the natural landscape.
