Kaya’s Vale is a single player, third person, 3D adventure that answers the question we’ve all asked, what would it be like to have your own prehistoric pal?
In a world where both humans and dinosaurs live together, you play as Kaya – a young Dinosaur Whisperer alongside her companion Apollo the Allosaurus.
After her tribe suddenly vanished one year ago, she has decided to face her fears and venture out into a primeval world to find them. The pair must work together, solving light platforming and puzzle elements in this wholesome, feel-good adventure.
This demo takes place at the start of Kaya and Apollo's journey, giving the player a chance to play with Apollo and learn about the world the two inhabit.
Play through 4 unique levels that showoff our games art style and puzzles!
The home of Kaya's tribe - the Lunarians. For some reason its been destroyed, leaving only an injured Allosaurus named Apollo. What happened here?
This temple was created in honour of the first dinosaur whispers, those whos connections to the world around them were unlike anyone else. Here you can find various murals depicting life before the whispers, what happened when they arrived and...a lost dinosaur egg? Whats that doing here?
It is said that when a whisper enters this cave, their entire perception of the world begins to change as they connect with the whispers of the past. Using the spirit sense will make all of the cave paintings shine bright blue, thanks to the paint being made of luminescent algae.
Here is an opening to the great valley, where a river runs through the land and Pasaurolophus peacefully graze. There is also a small monument dedicated to the first whispers, with an artifact needed for Kaya and Apollo to complete their journey at the top.
Here are our two stars of the show, Kaya and Apollo the Allosaurus!
