Art Showcase 2022 - Environment | Prop
This is a collection of the portfolio work I've done so far this year. One environment piece and one prop piece. I've managed to grow a lot as an artist over these past couple of projects and I'm looking forward to moving on to future projects with the knowledge I have gained.
The Old Days
This was a 3-week solo project based on the living room of my childhood house set in the early '00s. My brief was to create an environment based on the theme of nostalgia and instantly I was pulled towards doing a small diorama of my old pc set-up.

Ruby Pistol
This was a 2-week project from Blockout - Final renders based on the WWI French pistol Mle. 1915 "Ruby" pistol. With this project, I mainly used a stencil texturing workflow. Using stencils I created in photoshop from photo references to achieve realistic wear. At first, this project was a challenge to see how fast I could create this game ready asset. This quickly developed into how I could push this asset through its texturing/rendering to get the final image I wanted.
