The Guzheng Princess 古筝公主

First splash art I've done. Always been interested in doing splash art and finally did one!!

This splash art is about Ying Yue playing the Guzheng to summon the dragon that lives inside the instrument. She needs to practice the spell frequently to improve the strength of the dragon and the relationship between them.

Koinobori 鯉のぼり(Legend of the Golden Carp)

In one of the group projects I have done, I'm responsible for doing Yasuke, amulet, wagon, Tadami, Shogun living dom

Our story is about a world where the Sengoku Period is a technologically advanced society, where ancient Japanese is combined with Sci-Fi elements. The ruler of the land, Queen Ushi-Oni, secretly gives out orders to her minions to attack humans and absorbs their nutrients to gain strength. After many years, Queen Ushi-Oni finally decided to attack the humans head-on after she grew stronger. The Himari clan could feel the looming threats of yōkai, as well as Kenji, the protagonist who was born into a shogun family. Kenji had to face many difficulties during his journey. Although coming from a shogun family, he still needs to train hard to fulfill his father's wishes, but years later he was finally promoted to the shogun and proved to the people that he could protect his clan. His first move, as well as his first war, is to eliminate Queen Ushi-Oni.

Poster Illustration - Kenji (main character) is ready to fight against the queen Oshi Uni.

                                  Rome

This is a Rome memorial building inspired by Castel Sant'Angelo in Parco Adriano, Rome, Italy. It is one of my school projects and also my first time learning matte painting. In this project, I used sketchfab, blender for the lighting, and building the base of the building. After that, I proceed to the final touch-up in photoshop.

                           Monster Kid

This is the environment design I did for a collaborative project,

The story takes place in the near future, where technology is modern but not too advanced, on a humble island town. One day, the children of the town begin disappearing, and strange monstrous creatures start appearing in odd places. (i.e. a sleepy pig-like monster appearing in the middle of the street, a bookworm monster coiling around the library, a colorful scribble monster that covers surfaces in messy scrawling.) The government sends workers to try and subdue the monsters (non-violently), but cannot stop all of the monsters from wreaking havoc and causing property damage.

Lily's house - It is located in a neighborhood, her house is not that pretty compared to others and the mood I tried to apply in this environment is sunrise.

transition from morning to night time!!

Rich Kid's mansion - The rich kid tried to lure the kid into the mansion and turn them into monsters according to their behavior.
