Teng Hok Gong AR
An AR interactive language app that aims to provide everyone chances to learn Malaysian Cantonese. At the same, it is also intended to preserve the Chinese language culture like any other culture.
Project Purpose
The amount of younger generations of Malaysian-Chinese(Cantonese) able to conserve dialect is decreasing. To enable them to preserve their own home dialect, this project is to create an environment for them to learn it.
Problems:
1. Parents choose to communicate in Chinese(Mandarin) or English with their children.
2. The school is disallowing the students to communicate dialect in the school compound.
