For this project, i wanted to attempt a likeness of Snoop Dogg and trying at the same time to keep the expressiveness of the concept, so i had to make some design choices, like keeping Snoop Dogg more towards a buff bodytype and also maintain some stylized features that i found strong, like longer feet, big shirt collar and a smaller head.
Surely, the most difficult and time consuming part for this project was the likeness.
Texturing was done in Substance Painter
I used TexturingXyz texture for the skin and projected with Zwrap, cleaned and fixed the projection with Mari and then painted in Substance Painter.
Everything was rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 4 without using raytracing.
