Project Brief 

During these day, people all over the world have been restrained at home to keep away from dreadful virus. In this project, we are going to design a Covid ‘Bubble’ to provide a willful yet safety hospitality to guest within Hotel Capitol that located at Jalan Bulan, Off Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In order to relieve the intensity of pandemic era, we can propose a neighbourhood friendly accommodations by implementing a new kind of urban living style which is metabolism that create a sense of advance planning for the urbanism. Tackling with the surrounding context and environment is the aim in this project.

Concept Statement

Topology has become a trend in architecture design consideration nowadays. As we can see, there would be extensive skyscrapers being constructed. Since now the cities all over the world are facing the same issues, which is drastic population growth rate and building has it own lifespan.

As mentioned above, a deep research to find out between efficiency space planning and timeless design architecture. Amalgamation, to utilise the strength of metabolism, creating a multiverse commentary in architecture and interior design. Yet, creating path from point to point, an imperative concern for the guests to feel comfortable within the accommodation.

The implementation of material greatly affects the composition in order to strengthen the relationship between interior and facade High resilient material such as granite, concrete, steel in this project.
