Faun is a 3D mythical creature animation which was created for DemoReel at Gnomon taught by Miguel Ortega. The creature concept is done by bogdan-rezunenko. Initially, this creature is created for Gnomon Digital Sculpting class, taught by James Schuaf. I improved and developed it more in the Demo Reel class. This is one of my favorite works I did at Gnomon.

"Antique Photostudios"

The Antique Photostudios was created for Demo Reel at Gnomon taught by Miguel Ortega. This project took 6-7 weeks to be finished. The Camera 3D model was made for hardsurface modeling class, taught by David Mooy at Gnomon. And I finished rest of pieces in Demo Reel class. Due to deadline, I downloaded couple small assets from CG Trader as fillers but, most of assets are created from scratch. Bottom images are early stage of the work.

"Classic Nature"

Classic Nature is created for Demo Reel class at Gnomon, taught by Miguel Ortega. This project was experimental. I used Gaea and Mudbox for mountain creation. I created four different projection Cameras for matte painting purpose and combine rendered images together in Nuke to show the panoramic image. This piece required a lot of technical problem solving. Miguel taught me a lot of interesting matte painting technique for this project. This was the most challenging piece I ever did.

Software : Maya, SpeedTree, Megascan, Substance painter, Photoshop, Vray, Nuke, Premiere

bb-dog is created for hardsurface modeling 2 class taught by Max Dayan at Gnomon. The original concept is done by the concept artist, Micheal Kingery. During Last term at Gnomon, I finished texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering. It is always fun to go through all the production pipeline for the character creation.

Software : Maya, Zbrush, Substance painter, Photoshop, Arnold, Nuke, Premiere

FruitBowl is originally created for Texturing and Shading 1 Class, taught by Stephen McClure at Gnomon. The fruit models are given by the teacher. I did a set dressing, texturing, animation, lighting, rendering and creating couple other supporting assets. It was a still image when I finished the texturing class. But During last term, I animated and refined more detail on the top of it.

Software : Maya, Megascan, Photoshop, Vray, Nuke, Premiere
