I want to work in organizations like Pentagram at the first stage and then move on to building a design school in my country as it lacks one

In 2016, I was working as a volunteer in an NGO called Enliven Bangladesh in the finance department. My educational background in BBA and I just graduated in December. In that NGO, one of my seniors suggested if I wanted to work in the designs since our designer took a month off and I had an interest in software like photoshop. I decided to take the opportunity.
