I want to work in 3D animation or visual effects creating immersive stories and bringing characters and worlds to life

I've always loved stories, be they personal, fictional, or anything in between. That love of stories came from a childhood spent doing nothing but reading, and a love of travel and learning about different cultures that came about after spending a year abroad in Italy. Over time it seemed like the most natural thing for me to do with all of the stories I had in my head was to become an artist so I could learn to bring them to life, and I found the best way for me to do that was through 3D art.
