A senior position at a major VFX studio in Vancouver, but a junior/int position at a smaller studio to build experience first is a must.

When I was in high school, I did a couple of years of 2D animation with Adobe Flash. I enjoyed my experience, and decided I want to explore the 3D side of it. Before Think Tank Online, I completed 1 term of a 3D program in college (BCIT) that covers not only animation, but all the other aspects like modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, etc. What I've learned is that I was more passionate for the asset creation side of 3D, and that my city (Vancouver) is one of the largest cities for CG+VFX.
