I would kill to one day run my own small games studio. But for now, I think a mid-career goal would be to a Technical Director.

When I was 12 I became enamored with the process of creating feature length animations, particularly in the mixed-media formats. Treasure Planet in particular set a bar in my head for what I wanted to do at the time. Over the years as my skills and training has evolved, I've geared more toward the production side of things, but I do have a degree in Media Arts and Animation.
