I would like to join a smaller company where my role is versatile, being able to help with multiple stages of development.

I've had passion in the creation of games for a long time, but didn't think of it as a legitimate career option until the last few years when I began to think about where I'd like to go with my working life. Taking the plunge into a creative course at university has allowed me to double down on my interests and set up a solid foundation for my desire to work in the creative industries.
