Now 29, I've been making films since 10, and have always been fascinated by VFX and CG animation. I used to spend HOURS watching "behind the scenes" on the Extended DVDs of the Lord of the Rings and LOVE Pixar. In 2010, I applied to the Coast Guard Academy (and secretly filled out a Pixar Intern application). I ended up at CGA in 2011, became an electrical engineer, and left behind my movie dreams… That is, until I re-discovered Blender, which is 1000x better than when I first tried it in 2010!
