I want to make a 3D character who's able to interact with people in real time and create a community around it

When I was in my early teens I loved to draw, I was a very creative kid and for me putting those my weird and fantastical ideas on paper was very satisfying, not long after I started to put my attention in games and anime, and how cool they made their things look like and after that, I realised that I wanted to make those cool things.
