I've made this one few days ago. Base mesh was done in Blender, then sculpted it in Zbrush, made retopology in Blender again and textured in Substance Painter. Render was done in Blender Cycles and I've made small adjustments in Photoshop.
Polycount: 25,576 tris.
Textures: 2 sets of diffuse/metallic/normal/roughness maps (one for body & face, second for clothes).
