Violin of Justice

Here's my interpretation of the instrument used as a weapon in the game SINoALICE.

The goal was to create a dramatic and delicate atmosphere with the render (inspired by stage lighting) and the base (inspired by the character Snow White from the same game) and highlight the contrast between the delicacy and the sharpness of the weapon.

The concept and SINoAlice are the property of Pokelabo, Inc. and Square Enix.

The modeling and low poly was made with 3dsMax. I did a little sculpting to give more life to the instrument with Zbrush. The texturing was made in Substance 3D Painter and Marmoset Toolbag was used for the rendering.

The final model is around 26k triangles.
