«The Europeans Night of Museums»

The event takes place every year around May, I were asked to create an animated poster intended to be broadcast via urban digital advertising screens as well as on social networks. I also made a short animation for social media.

The event consists of many free activities set up in museums which exceptionally open at night. More than 3,000 museums across Europe are taking part of this event.

The choice of black and white design best represented this event unfolding throughout the night. The highly abstract visual effectively conveys the poetry of this event, which involves being carried from one creative universe to another, discovering multiple forms of art.

The S-shaped layout guides the eye to meander and be carried by the composition of the poster. Furthermore, the placement of textual information is synchronized with the islands.
