During the figure drawing class, I am able to enhance my observational skills in facial expressions by applying techniques involving shape, size, and shadows. The key of this subject is to sketch the likeness from the photo reference.

I'm interested in trying out a different technique for this artwork. While hatching can certainly add texture, depth, and dimension to the drawing, I'm eager to experiment with a new approach.
