L’installazione vuole essere un tributo alla tensione dialettica tra lo sguardo e il linguaggio che nella poesia e nel suono libero trovano una possibile sintesi.

La traccia sonora è una composizione unica di tre poesie citate in Alphaville, Le Mepris e Pierrot Le Fou. Tra un brano e l’altro giungeranno come interferenze frasi musicali, rumori e onomatopee campionate da altri film della prima produzione del regista francese (in particolare Due o tre cose che so di lei e La donna è donna). Contemporaneamente la parte visiva si strutturerà su un montage volto a comporre un lavoro di ecfrasi partendo dalle parole pronunciate, interrotto da sequenze più grafiche estrapolando font e scritte sempre prelevate dalle pellicole di Godard.

Eng: The installation aims to be a tribute to the dialectical tension between sight and language, which find a possible synthesis in poetry and free sound.

The soundtrack is a unique composition of three poems cited in Alphaville, Le Mépris, and Pierrot le Fou. Between pieces, musical phrases, noises, and onomatopoeia sampled from other films of the French director's early production (particularly Two or Three Things I Know About Her and A Woman Is a Woman) will come as interferences. Concurrently, the visual part will be structured on a montage aimed at creating a work of ekphrasis starting from the spoken words, interrupted by more graphic sequences extrapolating fonts and writings always taken from Godard's films.
