Fitness Professional Assistant

The brief for this project was to create an improbable invention that shows off skills that I have gained throughout the unit. This project really allowed me to explore the various parts of the pipeline and understand what areas allow me to find joy in the work that I am doing.

The image above is the concept design that I had come up with after experimenting with different shapes for the model, as well as looking at potential colours and textures for the model.

To start the modelling, I made a blockout model without looking at the topology to get to grips with the look I wanted for the model.

This video depicts how I modelled, UVed and textured the model ready for use in my composited scene.

This video shows how I have been able to composite the 3D animation that I created in maya together with the back plate that I captured in the gym.

This is the final outcome of this project, showing off all of the elements that I have learnt such as modelling, texturing, compositing and 2D motion graphics.
