For our first environment assignment at Futuregames we had to follow an existing 2D concept, which we should turn into a 3D Unity scene.
I chose one of the amazing art pieces from G liulian:

Thanks to our awesome mentors Yair Morr and Joseph Hobbs, we learned a lot about how to optimize and fasten up the process of creating an environment, by using trim sheets and analyse our scenes to reuse models and textures. 

I was able to break down my scene into mainly 5 materials: wall material, roof tiles, metal, rock and wood. I additionally reused the wood texture alot for multiple ornament parts. 
All my materials are created in Substance Designer and some of them got used in Substance Painter like for example the metal for the prison doors.

Since my scene had a lot of reusable objects, the modeling part was done rather quick and I could focus more on things like lighting and the general usage of Unity since this was my first time creating an environment in it.
