This was made for an assignment while studying at Futuregames. The goal was to recreate a chosen concept art in 3D while keeping optimisation in mind. Rendered in Unity using the HDRP template.

This is an environment I did for a school assignment at Futuregames. The goal was to recreate your chosen concept art in 3D. I chose this gloomy concept art by Stuart Ng for the game "Sleeping Dogs".
Here are some beauty renders I took in Unity using the HDRP template.
This is the wireframe of the Unity scene. Too many decals? Never.
Here is a short breakdown of some of the techniques I used to achieve the final result.
Firstly, modeling and unwrapping were done in Blender.
Later, texturing was done both in Substance Painter and Designer.
Here are the assets I did in Painter that I'm the most proud of :)
P.S. Ignore the non-existent knobs on the stove, I added them in later!
Now, for some delicious Designer noodles. Nothing fancy but they do the job :D
Here's a texture atlas for some crack + chipped concrete decals I made from scratch.
And here is one of my trimsheets for larger surfaces in the scene like the ground and walls.
