FYP - Royal capital of Hell

I do feel like I could have come up with more but spent so long on other projects and kind of spent too long on building up the scene in 3D. I would like to do this again and hopefully with better ways of presenting my projects. More close ups and insights would have been amazing. I learnt a lot for these pieces though and can say they set me on the right path. 

Initial sketches and models. Spend awhile on this thinking through how to make it interesting as well as appear huge and detailed without designing every single inch of the castle. 

After getting some favourable shapes, I worked on the main features and some detail. 

Final results of the design. I said I wouldn't work on every inch of detail and got carried away. Now the castle seems a lot smaller than it is supposed to be. I really wish I could work on a better workflow so I don't consider this design done and final. I do wish to redo this design and make a much more cinematic scene with it.
