A very intense conversation inspired by Jess & Nick from “New Girl” Tv series, my first project in my second year at Escape Studios! You might recognise my character from my past project City Witch! You also might have noticed she now has a cute companion, will we see more of him? Look out for future project !😉🦦

My sketchy storyboard showing the original idea for the animation! A lot of changes were made🙃
Some scrapped ideas ✏️
First image became too distracting for the overall focus of the animation, which was to demonstrate lip-syncing and facial expressions.
Second image presented the wrong dynamic between the characters due to the composition, the witch positioned in the frame makes the scene appear as if she is interrogating the otter, when this is not the case.
