Sadly, I don’t have enough time to finish the SP render for the Meet Mat 3 comp - but here is my concept anyways! It’s the winner of NZ’s Bird of the Century poll: the Pūteketeke AKA the Australasian Crested Grebe.
I just think he’s neat.
Personally, I was rooting for the Northern Dotterel, but ah well. All birds = good birds.
