Good Omens – Allocer (Fan-Made OC)

Our first Demon in the bureaucracy of Hell! Allocer is one of the Dukes of Hell. He was all-too-happy to give the title of Grand Duke to Beelzebub. Physically, he looks older than most Demons in hell, even though they are all older than time. They act like a grandpa!
