This project is called Surveillance State... I wanted to explore some cinematic lighting and dystopian themes - came up with this idea eventually as it could be completed in a couple days and let me practice my modeling and lighting skills.
Top image is the final composited render.
Bottom image is a sample of the AO/Wireframe, Normal and Pre-Comp Combination passes.
