Goblins - Age of Burning Rain

Goblins are generally thought to be feral, idiotic creatures. However, it would seem that they are steadily progressing out of a sort of Stone Age. Perhaps progress is hindered (maybe expedited) by the weaponry and tools they scavenge off the corpses of the human populations that they so often ravage. Though they do display a great intuition when using human weaponry.
