Flapjack Bumper Car

A vehicle design inspired by Atlantis: The Lost Empire. The idea was to create a bumper car that the children of Atlantis would use. Their vehicle designs were based off animals and I wanted to follow the same example. This hovercraft bumper car is inspired by a flapjack octopus.
