Round of applause for our sponsors

Minimalist-style residential dwelling.

The architecture features straight lines with an appealing cantilever over the water area, providing relaxed shadows on it, which contrast with the native vegetation of the area.

The spaces present an open concept, aiming for a constant connection between the interior and exterior, thereby achieving seamless integration with the surroundings. The project brings the interior out and invites the exterior in, creating a very pleasant energy for the home.

The residence features materials native to the region, with a monochromatic chukum finish for the walls and the interior of the water area, contrasting with earthy tones and warm finishes like tzalam wood, as the dwelling connects with nature.

Natural lighting bathes every corner of the home.

As night falls, soft and indirect lights accentuate and highlight different areas, giving them prominence. The versatile lighting, colorful images pay homage to Mexican culture.

The idea is to create different environments dedicated to well-being.

As an interesting detail, the project incorporates the four elements.
