Light and Compositing and Technical Study
The whole scenario was created by Maya, Zbrush, Substance painter, Substance 3d sampler, Krita and DaVinchi Resolve.
Light and Compositing
This walking animation scene was my semester 5 project. The whole process was all done by myself under guidance of my teacher JK from creating concept ideas, creating model, paint skin, rigging, animation, until compositing.
Rigging Showcase for Duck and Ladybug
Progression
In the first stage, a rough idea of concept was sketch out via Krita.
Then, a simple blocking was done via Maya.
In this stage, modeling and sculpting was done in Maya and Zbrush.
After some adjusment and correction (proportion of duck and adding some props to make it cuter) in Zbrush and Maya, the model was textured (base color) via Substance painter.
It was continue texture via zbrush and was test render in maya.
The grass and stone was then place via MASH in maya. However after test render, it doesn't looks nice. Thus, the some grass was removed from the scene.
Paint skin weight and Rigging was done to add skeleton to make it able to animate.
Then animation was add and refine.
Lastly, after some compositing in Davinci, this project was completed~
