2 Year Project - Princess

Here it is the character I've done during my second year in Side Academy (2020/2021)

Concept and References 

My character sculpt teacher asked me to create a young beautiful girl in a photorealistic style but I finally managed to convince him to choose a more stylized concept (cartoonist here!)

The goal was to have her look appealing and a bit seductive but non in a over-sexualized way: after all, she's a princess!

I took inspiration from various concept art of lovely pretty girl, brides and high-fashion shows

I sculpted my character from scratch in ZBrush and I took the opportunity to deepen my anatomy skills. Details were done with layers, GeometryHD and the Morph Brush.

The dress was done in Marvelous Designer and Maya for the final retopology, all the shaders are done in Substance Painter 

X-GEN

It was the first time exploring x-gen and i tried to recreate a feminine hairstyle with braid and curls... The road to perfection is still long!
