Welcome to my personal project, "Corporation Phone." I embarked on creating this phone with the aim of enhancing my skills in subd modeling and achieving photorealistic texturing.
Welcome to my personal project, "Corporation Phone." I embarked on creating this phone with the aim of enhancing my skills in subd modeling and achieving photorealistic texturing. In this project, I experimented with a new workflow, primarily utilizing Mari for texturing purposes. My biggest limitation was being restricted to 6 UDIMs per scene, and I didn't want to split my assets into too many scenes. Therefore, I limited myself to a total of 12 UDIMs. My approach was heavily influenced by the tutorials of Michael Wilde on Mari, as well as Zak Boxall's tutorial on hard surface texturing.
