My Journey, Living on a Prayer

My path as an artist...

It's been tricky. I want it badly, to create and share my creations, to make a living off of whatever I create. The endless variety to satiate my mind.

Life is not always that cut and dry and sometimes detours take you far away from that path.

My first digital, just a copy and some fan art from an old web based drawing engine but if there's any trigger that started it, this was the drawing that did it. Teenage me loved the flexibility of digital works then.

I've always found myself to be more comfortable with traditional media but college did help me understand 3D... Enter my first 3D model....

Definite blow to the ego for college grad Matt. 

That feels a little better... But I'm not giving up on 3D. It's way more exciting to me to build these models for practical purposes than a still image forever stuck...
