A dystopian World

The idea for this project came to me while listening to Arakno 2100 by Rancore. A dystopian world where technology has taken over human life. In the scene you can see a mutoid who has just been captured by a drone sentry, wanted by the government and guilty of creating a highly dangerous computer virus.
