A mind-blowing fusion of graphics and reality—theoretically. Yet my project is still far from what I used to dream about when I was a kid, it is a huge progress for me to learn new things everyday!

Learning a simple technique my little self used to be amazed about.

I specifically chose to incorporate motion tracking because of its immense benefits for industries like music videos and movies. By seamlessly integrating graphics with live-action footage, motion tracking adds a level of realism and engagement that can truly enhance storytelling.

Thanks, buddies!

I was inspired to explore motion tracking after watching a tutorial on YouTube, where I learned invaluable techniques from a skilled creator. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Justin Odisho for his expertise and generosity in sharing their knowledge. His tutorial not only served as a starting point but also inspired me to experiment and push the boundaries of my creativity.

The entire project was completed using Adobe After Effects, and it took me approximately two hours to bring my vision to life. Here's a brief overview of the steps I followed:

1. Tracking the dimension

I began by analyzing and tracking the movement of specific objects or areas in the footage, and the environment around it—ensuring that my graphics would seamlessly integrate with the motion of the scene.

2. Adding text or elements.

With the tracked data in hand, I incorporated captivating text elements into the footage. This step allowed me to introduce information, create emphasis, or enhance the narrative in a visually compelling way.

3. Adjusting the angle

To make the graphics appear realistically integrated into the scene, I carefully adjusted the perspective, scale, and rotation of the elements to match the camera angle and movement.

4. Compositing Footages

To further enhance the visual impact, I skillfully composited various footages, blending them together seamlessly. This process involved adjusting colors, shadows, and highlights to achieve a cohesive and polished result.

... and, wala!
