Game Animation compilation of the character Miss Fortune in 3D. A lot of the move sets is referenced after Skullgirls 2nd Encore.

Compilation of my game animation project based on the hit game Skullgirls.
Character use is Miss Fortune.

My usual process usually goes as following:
1. First I will block out the animation, I make sure everything is within a certain number of appropriate frames ie. an attack animation would be around 26 to 30 frames. Some attack animation could also go as high as 56 frames, ofcourse all animated in 30 fps. (see here for reference, https://youtu.be/LewXWM7HDd8)
2. Making sure there are anticipation, attack and follow through poses in the blocking animation
3. Finish the Splining by completing the in-between poses.

Here is a video of my blocking, I haven't completed the follow through yet though.

For a lot of motions, I try to bare in mind to make arc for the movements. As you can see here, there is an arc for how the hand anticipate all the way to how its attack frame. All this must be accounted for in the blocking stage.
