I'm happy to present my Intermediate Final Project for Think Tank Online. This was a 4-week project based on the awesome concept by Armin Rangani and heavily inspired by the video game "Layers of Fear" which I loved playing.

This was a 4-week project based on the awesome concept by Armin Rangani and heavily inspired by the video game "Layers of Fear" which I loved playing. The illustrations of the paintings are taken from the video game, made by Andrzej Dybowski.




You can actually play the level, I made this with blueprints inside UE5
This was my first time creating a real-time environment, and I fell in love with it. I used Unreal 5 + Lumen because I wanted to take advantage of the new tools we're getting to develop awesome art. In this project I learned about: modularity, decals, tileable materials and UVs, Unreal material shading, material creation, vertex painting, and more.
