The Sorcerer's Apprentice - Ubi NXT Prompt 2019

 This was another fun and challenging project to have worked on where I got to push my limits, and I could've probably spent forever adding more to it. 

So, 2019's NXT backstory was of 'The Sorcerer's Apprentice' and, this is how I interpreted the set from the given description. Placed in the 1920's the set is of an old Victorian Operating Theater that's been turned into a makeshift lab/study for an infamous Doctor.

All the assets were modelled in 3DS Max and Zbrush, textured using Substance Painter and Clip Studio Paint and the set, lighting and renders were assembled and done in Unreal.

These are the current renders of my environment project based off the theme of this year's Ubisoft's NXT 2019 Showcase. This project is probably as finished as it's going to get at the moment, but I do still have the fly-through of the set to finish and some small lighting adjustments.
