Shishi Odoshi — Water simulation
Here's one of the projects I've been working on! It's a water simulation created with Houdini. I mixed it with my model and shading skills to create this little environment :)
Long time no see! I'm currently studying a Houdini FX masters degree, so I combined my Houdini and Maya skills in this project and created a 3D environment with a water simulation.
Here are some HD renders to see the model, shading and lighting work in more detail.
I modeled most of the scene using Autodesk Maya and speedtree, but for the rocks, I created a procedural tool with houdini to create different variations and scattered them using rigid bodies :)
All the textures were created by me using substance painter and redshift nodes.
Talking about redshit... it's my first time using it and I loved it!
