Darkwood: the talking tree
Was done at Gnomon — School of Visual Effects, Games & Animation in frames of Game Creation 2 and Demo reel 1 classes. This project was inspired by a very atmospheric and, to my mind, a very unique game, called Darkwood, which was developed by the Acid Wizard studio.

The project was done at Gnomon — School of Visual Effects, Games & Animation in frames of Game Creation 2 and Demo reel 1 classes.

Atmospheric description:
This is a world, where all the possible roads home are either forgotten, or overgrown by woods. No matter how much you try to break through the trees and impassable swamps, no matter how much you pray to all the gods you know, its roots and ghosts will eventually get you.
... Even if you think you are finally home.
Save some red pulsating mushrooms, we shall do some upgrades to survive!
