Abstract Geolights.
The lines are created using VOPS. Then the mesh would be converted to a volume so points could be spread and spheres could be put on these points. A group expression was made to pick spheres to be used as geolights. The base model is a bust of Minerva that I found on myminifactory.com.

Abstract Geolights.
I've made this in a couple of days to keep myself fresh with Houdini. The renders are a bit noisy because rendering was done on my laptop and I simply didn't have the time for a long render.
