Golden Mantella

For this assignment, I learned more about how difficult it can be to work with a complex mesh, especially one that's supposed to appear lifelike. While pivoting around the scene, every angle exposes new awkward lumps or deformities that  take away from the authenticity you're looking for when modeling a live subject. While making this frog I also gained practice with the posing tool and sculpting with symmetry. Unlike the first assignment where the alphas came first, I utilized alphas much later on in the process to add detail and bring more life to it.
