Modular Wall Trim

For this asset and the others I have created, I'm creating a building that looks worn down and abandoned from the outside. Then on the inside is lots of high tech scientific equipment because there is more to the story than the town just randomly being abandoned. The outer side of this wall trim is more weathered.
