The Robot and the Alien

A short film I created this semester at USC. The story is about a Robot whom, in the face of human destruction, must question his loyalty in order to make the right decision. Below are some stills and clips from the film

Some shots from the exteriors. Terrain generation and scattering in Houdini, used Solaris to create USD files to pass instanced geometry from Quxiel Megascans and Speedtree to Katana and rendering in Renderman.  

Some interior shots from other scenes in the short film. Modeling in Maya, rendering with Renderman. Kitbash assets were used for some of the props as well.
